I ordered Vintage glasses from Fashion and You website. When I opened the box there were no glasses and it had the case of the glass only. I called Fashion and you customer care team the very next day and after talking to them for about 1 hr they said they will escalate it and will get back to me in sometime. They never called me back so I had to call them back after 10 to 12 days and again I had to spend 1 to 2 hrs on the phone with them, explaining the issue again. One of the rep said the item is now not available so they will issue me the refund for it. I was advised that I will get my check in 10 to 12 b days max.
15 b days passed but I never received any information about my check and I called again and spoke to a manager again and she said she will call me next day. But again no callback made, I sent email to that supervisor and never recived any response from her.
I today filled Customer Contact form on their website about my complaint and I am sure they will not get back to me.
I have my bill and the refrence # given to me by them. Also the email that i sent to the lady supervisor.
Please help...
