Poor quality of reebok watch

We received reebok watch from ICICI bank. Being a big brand we preserved the watch for special occasions. To my shock when I removed the watch, the glass came out, cracked. I then carefully took it to Titam showroom. And there I was told it is not original Reebok .but a duplicate one.

I wrote this feedback to ICICI bank, and they confirmed to me that it is orginal REEBOK.

I ams shocked, is this the quality of REEBOK??? I think you must not get into such offers and spoil your otherwise good reputation.

i would be really afraid to buy anything from REEBOK??? seeing this is how the original thing works
