HERITAGE/SALWAR SUIT (UNSTICHED)
BAD QUALITY OF CLOTH MATERIAL

Dear Sir / Madam,

I had brought 1 salwar suit piece (unstiched) fro HERITAGE, CITY CENTRE (RAJARHAT-NEWTOWN) outlet last month for my wife. After stiching, while wearing the same the cloth got torned as it was of very bad material.

I approached the outlet on the same day. The manager of the outlet did nothing but told us "our materials are always good, what I can do is, if you buy another suit then I will give you 20% discount". After requesting him I got the name and number of the contact person of their Head office. I am sending you all the details of Heritage below:
