Product not delivered

Hi

My order is not delievered and status mentioned as below

Order-Id:100004810

Ordered on:01/06

In the name of: prithi bhandari

Total amt paid through credit card: Rs.108.00

Now status is showing: Closed.

I havent received any product as well as no money back.

I have sent them mail 4 times but no response.

The mail was written as follows:

Hi

I have purchased two products from your website, the order no is :100004810, purchased on 01/06, product in the name of: prithi bhandari.

Since 9th june i'm following up the for the product, i have been told, it will be dispatched within 72 hours except sunday,

But today 13th june i called up for the product status, i been told that one of my product is not available.

and non of the person from your website had a courtesy to inform me about this.

I have disappointed by your services and i request you to provide /send me the ordered product.

Please reply me asap. Waiting for your reply

Still they havent responded as well as pathetic customer care services. Which i cant describe in mail.

I hope you will look into matter and give me solution as soon as possible as in what i can do for it.
