I bought footwear from Hush puppies Bata store f GIP Mall noida. I was convinced by saying it would be replace if colour faded or some problem happen. within 7 days the sole fragmented and colour faded comlpletely. when i reported to the store I was told that itz not their problem call to bata consumer care. after keep calling and mailing 11 days I got the reply that it happened by my mistake and they r responsible for nothing. they refused to repair or replace. I should mention that it was wore only 2 days. the response of them was weird as I have done something wrong by complaining.
