INC 5 (Shoes)
Show Room Owner: Miss Behaviour and not responding for selling defective shoes

I had Purchased Shoes from Inc.5 (Gallops Mall), Ahmedabad, Gujarat worth @ Rs. 5000/-.

Shoes sold by them was found defective; after complaining to the Seller (INC 5, Gallops Mall); he assured me to replace & respond me back within weeks time.

After 40 days of the complaint and even my shoes has been taken by them; Seller is not responding and infact in return is telling... "Do whatever you want to do".

Everyday I call them to check my shoes status and they just hang off the phone. I went there almost 5 to 10 times. But they are not responding properly and misbehaving; its really disappointing for me to see such a rude behavior.

Kindly guide me where should I complaint this. They are not giving there Head Office number / email address to complaint. I am really disappointed.

Please help me in solving the complaint I had with the defective shoes; and also getting back my shoes which they have taken back assuring me to solve my complaint.
