Not delivered as per commitement

I was ordered one Reebok Kit on 12/12/09 with membership # ITBC09184345 ordered on phone. person have commitment me that, this kit will be deliverd with in 7 days but kit is not deliverd on today onwards while payment has already detected from my Credit Card Account on 12/12/09 i want cancel this deal and refund my amount without any charges...
