Non co-operation after lost of Credit Note for Rs.660

Sir, on 24th March we purchased 3 items for total Rs.660/-. After purchase, because they were not useful, we submitted them back in Big Bazaar, Himalaya Mall, Drive-in Road, Ahmedabad. They gave us credit note for Rs.660/-. Somehow, we lost the same credit note. As we approached above Big Bazaar office, they told us to forget about the amount Rs.660/-.

Sir, they are having our Name, Phone No. etc. in my name Rajesh Soni, for having credit of Rs.660/-. Even after the credit payment they are not co-operating me to purchase any product for Rs.660/-. The policy of Big Bazaar is that, they will not allow to purchase after 15 days if the customer will come with credit note. In some cases they are allowing to purchase up to 25 days. Sir Rs.660/- is a big amount & I am also ready to meet with any kind of contravercy, raised from Big Bazaar & also ready to give money of Rs.660/- back to them Still they are not co-operating to let us purchase. Kindly do the needful sir.
