Non delivery and blaming dhl

Ordered 2 products on 2/12/09, and was told it would take 5 working days. When i phoned today (22/12.09) i was told that thet had been dispatched on 5th of dec (a sunday?) and that they had been returned 2 days later because DHL could not find my address. Which is a bit strange as other companies seem to find my home without a problem. When I told jml about this they just did not seem to care and told me i would get a refund within 5 working days, strange as i took jml only 10 mins to take my money. I would not buy anyhing from this company again and would strongly recommend others do the same. They have spoiled my faith shopping online severely.
