I had bought some goods from 100bestbuy.com but they supplied only part which were worth only INR1000 against a total payment of INR 10600/ made by me. A Nikon camera and ladies clothes are missing. There seems to be a nexus between this fraud company and BLUE DART courier. Kindly advise how I can lodge a police complaint against them and also there banking channel, which assisting them to channelize the payments online (they are equally responsible for the non compliance) My Mob. No is 9999845336 for them to track my order details. No excuses, but actual action wanted from them... I am surprised how they are still functioning.
