Item Booked but not delivered also amount deducted from account

Hi,

I booked 2 Tshirts from koovs.com site.

also got confirmation mail for and and amount is also diducted from my SBI account to them.

But still tshirts are not delivered to me after more then 25 days.

When I call to the number 9945032433 they say it will be delivered today and tomorrow.

But still not delivered.

Please help,
