I purchased 3 Sarees and Shirt materials @ Kumaran Fabrics (5 Floor) located at North Usman Road, T Nagar, Chennai 17.
I gifted one saree to my wife for our wedding anniversary (8th Feb). We found that the saree is damaged and cannot be used.
When i approached the shop, they asked for the bill. However, i showed them the bill of other 2 sarees as we lost the bill for the damaged saree. From the transaction date and total bill value. We were able to locate the bill and value.
However, so called supervisor in charge refused to exchange the saree. Involved in arguement for several minutes. I was completely dis-satisfied and wondering how they're running this shop for years with this kind of customer service.

What they're thinking in mind, they gave the damaged saree for Rs.1005 and refused to exchange the saree.
