Factory Defect which is one of the major loop is missing

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one trouser from Koutons Retail India Ltd. 500, 502 Ramnagar Alaqmbag Lucknow on dt.10.11.09 (Memo no.0Q0Q-0012981 and particulars-K01017214175/K) and immediately handed over for alteration. After receiving the same and tried to use as per convenient I found there is Factory Defect which is one of the major loop is missing thus it can not be wared. I approached the concern shop for replacement I have been advised to deposit and wait till further information.

It is not at all expected from such reputed Brand.

I had send the above matter to [email protected] on dt.24.11.09 and not recd. any response. Today I once again contacted to concern retail shop and got advise to contact one week latter.

Therefore I request to please advise the concern retailer to replace the item at the earliest to maintain brand royalty.
