I have purchased gents trouser from Lifestyle, Phoenix Mill during the sale time. Brand of the trosuer is Shape. In first use only trouser was torn and not even wearable. I launch a complaint at the Lifestyle store as well have written a email to their customer care. But till date not received any reply from Lifestyle store.
