I HAD PURCHASED A PAIR OF WHITE MOCHI Chappals ON 12.09.2010. However the buckle of the shoe came off. I went to the store in Korum mall in Thane and asked the dealer to get it repaired. He gave me a repair slip and told that it would be repaired within a few days. However till now I have not received the chappals back and now he is saying that the chappal cannot be repaired and that i will get 50% refund. Why should I be put to loss? Mochi is charging exorbitant rates for the chappals and if they cannot maintain the quality and proper customer service why should the consumer pay so much for this so called branded chappals?
