Naaptol/ levis jeans
Material not recieved after approx. one month

I have purchased a levis jean pant from naaptol online. The payment option was net banking, received SMS from naaptol that the material has been despached through one ARAMEX courier. Several times after that i contacted the customer care and being answered of getting the material within two days (each time the same phrase). But till date it is unseen. Surprisingly today i received an SMS as "your order no... has been delivered, thank you shopping with naaptol". SEVERAL OF MY FREINDS HERE MET WORST DEALINGS WITH NAAPTOL.
