I bought nike 'air' shoes worth Rs 9999/- in 2007 from grand hotel showroom Kolkata and was told that it carries lifetime warranty (Shoe's Life - Dont know). as the price paid for the shoes was out of my position but still my passion for good outfits urge me to spend the amount and i used it very carefully but after one year the 'Air technology' was gone with the wind and when i approached the shop, they told me that warranty covers only one year and suggest me to get it repaired from the "Mochi Shoes Repairer" near Darga Road, Kolkata, ... i must include that not everyone go for the complaints and justice, so better avoid Nike brand as u r not going to get service support from them.
