I bought a pair of Nike Air court shoes from Nike Store at Mysore on 27 Sep 09. WIthin three months of use, the outer leather covering of one shoe started cracking up. Having spent such a large amount of money on a world class shoe, one expects something better. Nevertheless, I tried to contact the Nike India on its website but was quite dismayed to learn that Nike India does not entertain complaints via e-mail. Talk of modern day communications of a world class company!!!
