Hello all
I had purchased a formal informal shoe combo pack from the portal of star cj. The product delivered were of incorrect size.when i reordered the product for replacement, I was supplied with damaged product. Then when i contacted for cancelling my order on 17 July I was given false assurances and all wrong talks. I have launched numerous complains and wasted a lot on phone, still the faulty product is not reverse picked up by them. They just give false assurances. It going to be a month now and issue is getting out of proprtions.
