Sir/Madam,

As per my e-mail below, I was planning to return the Reebok Sport Shoes that you sent to me in place of the ordered Bata Formal Black Shoes as given in the order form and invoice that you have enclosed with the item. However, later I thought that since you have committed such a silly mistake of sending a white sports shoes (Reebok) in place of black formal Bata shoes, what kind of guarantee that I got after returning the Reebok shoes to you by courier by paying a sum of about Rs.700 (that you promised to return after submission of the bill etc.) that you will not commit again the same error of sending some other shoes. That is why I think it is wise to keep whatever the thing that has been forced on me.

I just want to inform you that this is my first and last dealing with the India Today Book Club.

I booked a bata formal shoes of size 10 as per the details given below. Yesterday I received the item, however the shoes I received was of Reebok sports shoes which is not of any use to me. Kindly send me the Bata formal shoes that I have booked and shown on the display in your web site. The booking details are given below. I will send by courier the Reebok shoes that I received along with a copy of this letter. Later as Mr. Shahid of your Customer Care informed, I will send a scanned copy of the bill of the courier service for refund.
