Product delivery not received

I have placed an order for Reebok material (Shoes, track suit, goggle, watch etc.) worth of Rs. 3298/- on 13-Jun as per your advertisement published in the reputed daily newspaper using my credit card. The booking ID is - 880128092.

I haven't received the delivery yet. 2-3 times I have contacted your customer care but getting the same answer that they are not able to trace the order because the order is not updated / punched in their system and please wait for some time. I have also requested to connect me to their Sr. Manager but got an answer that he is busy in handling some other customer and he will call me with in 10 mins but till now I haven't received any call.

I have also logged two complaints with your customer care center. The complaint numbers are - 542176 dated 29-Jun-10 and 723566 dated 12-Jul-10 but it seems that you don't have any system in place to handle your business and to take care of your customer so I am loosing a faith in your organisation. Please consider this as an escalation and handle it with the highest priority as I have already made a payment in advance.

I hope you will understand the the seriousness of this message and deliver the ordered items ASAP.

I have already sent you this mail on [email protected] but didn't receive any reply. So I have published it on consumer complaints site 4 days back still no reply. Your organisation seems to be a big fraud. If I didn't get any reply by Monday, I will take next action.
