i have placed an order on 28-10 in seventymm.com for which they have dispatched it on 08th of november. but i didnt received any parcel from it till date. i have called them many times and they told that my delivery address is not serviceble, so they they cant delivery the product. when i have assked for my money back, they told me that when ever they receive the product back from courier people, they will refund. up to now i have been calling many times but simply they are telling that they have not received the product back. i have enquired courier people ARAMEX. they told me that the the product has already returned back to the sender (seventymm) on 13th nov. till now i didnt get neither the money nor the product. kindly sir please take this a note and make possible to get my money back. my order id is SMA0436814. aramex courier trackid 4624461240.
