My dad purchased a tommy hilfiger spectacles worth 9500Rs from titan eye shop in chembur a year ago after 4-5 months one side arm just broke off from frame so he keep it in his cars glove box and started using his old one, time went and he forget and now i found out so i bring those broken spectacles to titan eye shop to fix it and the guy at store says tommy hilfiger dont sell spare parts and we dont repair glasses with broken weld its not our problem, what is this no service for the product they sell if the product is capable of service and costly
