F. Homi - Qualifed Opticians
Wrong number of spectacle lens

About 6 months agoI have made new spectacle from F. Homi with prescription. The left lens is wrong as i am facing problems ever since i bought the spectacle. I have asked the opticians at least about 6 times to change the lens, but they refuse to do so and only re-fix the lens or tighten the frame but it has not helped. Now last month they have changed the frame also, the vision has become worse.

I have been telling them to change the lens, but they want me to get it in writing from a doctor saying the lens number is wrong. Why will i lie to them that i am having a problem with vision.

I have another pair of spectacle which i am using since over a year with same numbers on prescription, and i can see perfectly.

I need help to sort this issue / problem.
