Fastrack Watch
Problem with working

Respected Sir,

myself Sana Salim Shaikh, age 23 yrs old hav bought watch of fastrack from Devi Times, kohinoor arcade, shop no-8, opp. Nigdi bus stop, Pradhikaran, Nigdi-44, of cost 1600/- on dated 21/09.

due to its working problem i hav submitted it to again on that shop on 24/11.

That shop owner assured me that i vl get repaired watch within 15days.and that watch is in worranty period.

But till now i havn't got that watch.almost 40 days passed away.

atmost 5-6 times i have visited that shop and he is saying that problem is from executive officer.

that means the person who is collecting watches from our area to company for repair.

So, kindly requesting you to consider my complaint
