I have purchased a lining cloth for my blouse on 15th May. I washed it as a precaution before giving it for stitching. I could find that a large amount of colour is going from it with each wash. If water touches the cloth it is spilling colour. I have purchased this from Aiyyappas Textiles, Pazhavangadi, Thiruvananthapuram. In the bill it mentioned that there is no guarentee for colour.
This is very common now a days. Even if we purchase very expensive cloth, we could find that it is spilling colour with each wash.
Against whom should we complain? Against the shop from were we purchased the cloth or against the mill were this was made.
Whose responsibility is it to give us a quality product? Is there anyone who can guarentee the quality for the money we spend?
