Product sold costly than m.r.p

Respected sir/madam,

I want to know that the products having mark 'Made in China', like kids' toys and shoes and many other accessories have the mrp written of a very low cost but are sold at high rates contrasting their M.R.P. For example, if a toy made in china has the printed rate 20 Rs. then everywhere it is sold at rate of 70 Rs. I want to know if we can complain about this cheat anywhere. The shopkeepers give the excuse of Customs Dept., is it true or not. Waiting for ur reply.
