I had placed, telephonic order on Star CJ for supply of Ambika collection of Sarees. As per Star CJ advertisement & telephonic discussions at the time of placing the order, the set constituted 04 (FOUR) numbers of Sarees & 01 (ONE) number of Lizard Print jute bag. The details of Order as as under:

This order is effected today on payment of cash at delivery. I checked the packing list/Bill No. 201112240190 stuck on the package. The items in the list are as per the order; and the Delivery boy delivered the package only after payment of the Bill Amount. When I opened the Package, TWO of the items (Sr. No. 2 & 3 of the Bill / List) are missing in the Package. These items include 01 (ONE) number of Saree (item sr. No.3) and 01 (ONE) number Lizard Print Jute Bag (item Sr. No 2). I have telephonically resistered my complaint with Star CJ, but did not satisfactory repply.
Request you to look in to the matter and arrage for the supply of short supplied items as explained above.
