No proper respond

I have given a warranty mother board for service at local asrock authorised service centre accel forntline chennai its already 7 days there is no proper respond. I don't think this is right company holding warranty support for asrock. Even One his manager in service Mr Kali charan just he know tell sorry and he will call back within half an hour even after many calls he never bother to call back
