Poor after sale services

I purchased an HP pressario 3000V laptop on 17 th aug. just after 1and 1/2 months the CD/DVD RM stopped working. then i contacted ur service centre (RT Outsourcing services Ltd-91-172-2647853-54) that day itself, i meet 10 more people with the same problem. it seems that u have some problem with the CD/DVD ROM that u r selling with the product and still u r seeling it. i lodged an complaint at the authorised service centre at chandigarh on 25th Oct and finally after a long wait i got the replacement on 11th Nov.but i am not satisfied with the replacement. i told it to the service personal, they told me that these are the things that they are getting from the company.is this the service that u r going to provide me. well i would like to say that i am not satisfied and would advise everybody i know..not to go for any HP product in the future.
