Manufacturing Defect

I Vikas had purchased a 16GB Playbook in the month of November since then there remains a charging problem and i am not able to charge and use it. I tried to get the problem fix with the Reddingston Khar branch and as adviced i had given the same for repair under warantee. I had to visit the branch more than 20 times to get my playbook and finally after 45 days i got it back and was assured that the problem has been fixed.

To my surprise the problem still persist and I am not able to on my playbook as it cannot be charged. there certainly is some manufacturing defect and the service centre is not replying as to what has to be done.

I need a replacement for the same.
