Poor service

Dear sir,

I bought blackberry playbook 16Gb model on 9th june of this month from Allahabad. As the playbook download latest firmware during the initial setup process and I also encountered with same process but unable to update over WiFi. I tried the same process number of times but didn't got success.besides I tried to update through BB desktop software but failed.then I rush back to the seller to replace BB playbook with new one but he told me that 16 Gb is not in stock and will not be available because the company has discontinued this particular model of Playbook.

Finally I submitted my playbook in Redington service centre Indore M.P. on 14th june of this month to update software and they told me that they will have to send playbook to Banglore to get the update done and which would take 15 days.they issued me ticket number PB 0002799 against the service to playbook.

now, I want to ask can't you replace my playbook with another new one as my playbook entitled for 15 days replacement warranty.

please help me in this regard. I have been using Blackberry phone for the past 3 years and never facesuch a problem befor.
