I had purchased a printer through online shooping from indiatimes, still I am awaiting the delivery of the same, as its mentioned you delivered the product with in 7 days of ordering, that means i can expect the same will be delivered between thursday & friday as my date of purchase was 10th july order no 112450161.
I had spoken to your executive (Ms. Monika) as per her information the same will be delivered by next friday 23rd july which is 7 days beyond your mentioned delivery time.
I think this is not a good process which you follow either you put the visible time limit in which you can delivered the product or leave it blank.
