I purchased in 2011 may COMPAQ 621model laptop. but after 7 days i got heavy heat from that laptop, once i given it to servicing center they said its saloved but after that also 5 days later i got the same problem at that time laptops bluetooth also not worked. for the bougth i got no solutions. the vendor suggest get cool pad is it correct, i before this used sony, lenova, dell laptops i had ever & never faced this type of heat problem from those laptops. so, i request all to dont purchaser-COMPAQ 621model
