This is very sorry to say that this was my last time that I bought a Usha Lexus product, I stay in West Vinod Nagar, Delhi-92 & I bought a Usha Lexus heat Convector model FH 812 T from M/s A.K. Brothers, A-116, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, New Delhi -110092, vide cash memo no: 748, Mobile No 9310765879, phone no: 011-22543926 on 28.12.2012 at 4.30 pm, but suddenly on 7th Jan when the heat convector put on, it was found that it is not working, immediately I lodged a complaint at 18001033111 (Usha Lexus Company’s centralized phone number) at 7.00 O’clock, complaint no: C-130802307, but till today no response has been received from M/s Usha Lexus Company.
Sir I am regular user of Usha Lexus products, I have a usha cattle, usha water heater, mixer grinder etc but now tell me in future how can I trust Usha name when I bought a brand new heat convector and it did not work in chilling winters what is the fun to invest the money in your brand, when I could not use the product in those chilling days and wasted my time and money too.
Now I am looking forward to you that you will consider my complaint and replaced the said Heat convector with new one immediately.
