Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is pertaining to my laptop which I had taken in February when one of Dealer M/s. The Computer Peripherals is recommended it, referring HCL good service and support. But to my utter dismay I want to tell you that my laptop display gone blank yesterday in very few months after purchasing it. It was a great trouble for me since my all important work hampered due to this fault. When I tried to check it after connecting through my friends desktop monitor display is coming. So, it’s proven that display of laptop gone.
After then I was pretty sure that my issue will addressed very promptly as HCL services and support is very prompt and customer friendly (as referred by one of my friend. But when I reached to the service center I go amazed when the persons there started saying that we can not do anything here. You have to just submit it here and we will send it to Delhi for repairing. They were also not sure that how much days it will take to get it back after repair. Then I called Your Noida Service center Sector-2 HCL Touch office and explained about the whole issue and to my utter surprise - The person repeated same words as this collection center told me. He told that we have to ask for the display from Noida and it will take time and again no tentative time frame when I will get back my laptop. After then, since I had no choice left. I had submitted the laptop and taken the receipt - (Job Seet No-30772 in the Name of Mr. Amit Singh).

This is my humble request to kindly arrange a laptop for the interim period and deliver back my personal laptop ASAP after repairing. This laptop is whole and sole for me. My all work depends on he same since I have a Programmer. and all reports and data I have to keep in it. I need to send critical patients reports to doctor through mails and printout.
Please understand that this laptop is not a toy for me it’s my necessity. In other words its mine butter and bread.
I just request everyone to arrange a laptop meantime when my laptop gets repaired. When I was in same situation once using HP laptop and company provided me temporary laptop for use meantime they were repairing my personal laptop. Plz ensure revert from your side and a fruitful response to my request since I am totally handicapped here without my laptop. Details of my laptop is as below –

HATTRICK OF DISPLAY PROBLEM IN FOUR MONTHS OF DURATION FROM PURCHASE DATE FROM THE COMPUTER PERIPHERALS -NOIDA. TWICE REPAIRED AND THEY ARE YET ASKING ME TO SEND IT FOR REPAIRS I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT SHALL BE ITS FATE AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD.
