From day one when I purchased a Compaq notebook, I continuously faced problem with hardware, Due to continuous problem in hardware, I renewed service support with Compaq authorized service center by paying Rs.6000, which covers hardware replacement and repairing.
Currently I am facing problem with Laptop DVD Drive and service center people says that serial/CT number of Laptop do not match with Laptop Serial Number.
Why I will try to replace any hardware of laptop with any other one, it will be done by Compaq service center and when I have extended service warranty with Compaq then my will Single point of contact is Compaq for any hardware failure of Laptop except battery.
Current DVD Drive CT Number-TAABN022JW900K/454928-001
This Serial/CT number is not matching with Serial number: CND8011M8P of laptop.
That’s why I am not getting any support from Compaq,
How it is possible that the CT Number of DVD Drive change's and I am not aware of that.
How Compaq is denying for replacement of DVD Drive and solution given is CT Number mismatch of DVD Drive.
I have logged several complains to hp through service centre, on helpline number and through consumer service portal but same response, Which is not helping me any way
Please find the dates when complain were logged.

After doing this, On complain number 4622142017got a resolution that kindly call on helpline and people at helpline say to call and sent email to Santokh Singh of hp.
