We purchased a desktop from your authorised dealer "Microvolt Communication P. Ltd., 69 Ganesh Market, Hisar' on 29.10.2009 vide their Invoice No. MCPL/08-09/1277 Dated 29.10.2009... since next day the keyboard is not working properly... its buttons are hard to press.. if they are press softly... they dont work... Regarding this, we have told your dealer MCPL several times but no action has been taken... so you are requested to please replace the keyboard at the earliest
