COMPLAIN AGAINST NOKIA CARE

Hello SirMadam,

I Pratap ku. Sahoo have purchased a Nokia C2-03 model on 5th Oct. 2011 from one of your channel Maa Ttraders of JAGATSINGHPUR, in ODISHA.

My EMEI no is 359064042148026

From the day of purchased I am getting trouble like screen and network in that handset. Every time the problem arise i went to your service center. Last time the problem

arise on 26th July so i walk to your near service station and they repair it and send to me on the same date. This type of problem has been arise 4 time till now. Every

time they are changing the software but the problem has not been sought out till now. On the very next day I get the same problem on the phone and when I complain to your Nokia Care on the matter they are misbehaving to me.

So what should I do now on you handset. Now it's a question mark on my mind whether I should purchase ever a NOKIA handset in future for myself and my nearest one

I have already gave a complain to [email protected] on 27 Jul. They didn'y reply me till now. So my humble request to you that please grant my application take a action immidiately
