In April I had availed the services of a Hard disk data recovery from Computech associates, 75-A Market, Sector-10, Bhilai Nagar - 490006.
They assured me of complete data recovery at cost of Rs. 1200/- but when they gave back the the hard disk not even 10 % data was recovered but they forcefully charged a complete amount of Rs. 1200/-.
When I complained the same they started to turn round the matter that they have to pay salaries to their employees and they had worked on it, so they will charge whether I got my data back or not. I therefore want to lodge a complaint against them.
