I paid in advance for laptop adapter. Firstly the product was not delivered on time. Finally when delivered, the product was not working. Now neither I am given refund, nor replacement of the product even after multiple reminders, visit to the shop etc. The owner of the shop is only interested in making money and customer is not important for him.
