LCD monitor not working

Dear Sir/Madam

I request to you that i had a PC monitor (SAMSUNG TFT LCD 17'') which i purchased on 17th 0ct. 2008 from Nehru place Delhi, but right now i have some problem with this monitor,

I called to Samsung customer care and after that one person came to at my home but he told me that Samsung not responsible for this product because importer will responsible for this product, So i humble request to you that please solve my this problem, and this is under warranty.

(Importer is Venktron Digital Systems Pvt. Ltd Thane Mumbai)

Colour- Black
