product no wp641PA#ACJ SL NO 00744MB in mid of OCT

2010 for Rs. 48000 but after 1 month OS is

corrupted dealers was complaint forward so i want

to new OS

WINDOWS 7 because i m in warranty

please send me my OS disk i am still waiting here.
