I had purchased a laptop from croma showroom, aundh on 20th feb and they had promised to give tata photon connection with it on the same day of purchase which till the next 1 week they didnt provide. on various phone calls and complaints (complaint no.115/280210/computer/56393) they called me 4 days back and said that the connection will be provided within 2 days and till date i am still waiting.kindly look into the matte as its a case of pure missellingand false commitment.
