I had purchased a 4 GB spy pen from Naaptol.com. My order number was 43470. The Pen drive was faulty means not working properly so i had sent back to Naaptol.com and i got back within 15 days. But the second one also faulty and sent back to Naaptol.com on 4th Jan and then i could not received back yet. I called 10 to 15 times to Naaptol customer care but they use to say "U will get back next week next week only". Now i m tired with this and i have spent lots of STD calls. kindly guide me how can i sue case on the company?
