I bought a Visenta V1 wireless keyboard from Croma, Gharkopar on 21/03. I also join their extended warranty plan by giving few extra rupees. At the time of purchase the croma salesman said that I can come to croma store if it gets some bug or not working. In few months keyboard stopped working. I went to croma store on 01/10 as my keyboard is in warranty. Initially they denied for service saying you will have to go to service centre for repair or replacement. I waited for half an hour and then discussion of half an hour more they agreed to take it but said it may take months. The guy who handled my case was very rude and since I forced him to take the keyboard he vaguely said it will take there months. I feel that he will make sure it take at-least four months. Today, after a month I called them asking about the status, and the same guy told me that keyboard is still with them and he said it will take few months. I really feel cheated and I don't see how they do business in extremely competitive environment with such behavior. The main points are

1. Customer satisfaction does not matter for them especially when you buy something which is not very expensive.

2. The customer care executives are very rude and don't know how to talk to customers so if you want to be humiliated go to them.

I would suggest my fellow friends not to go for Croma store in any case.
