Hi iam manju recently i planned to take ur tikona brodbond to my system, one of ur person has came to give a connection, let me explain detaily he came at around some 7 o clk pm in the evening that time in our area and my room power supply should not sufficient to run the computer we tried once to start the system its got on after that again its got switched off i told your person to plz dont try there will be a voltage problem the voltage will come at 8:30 pm if it is ok means you wait till that time otherwise come tomorrow morning and give a connection but he did not listen anything he himself started making ready without removing power cable RAM got burned and mother Board also got burned after that he is telling its got burned now i will go, once system is ready give me a call again i will come and give you connection, this what service i never with you people because its new company plz take care your valuable customers, i need solution for this problem as soon as possiable
