Hardware problem

I am having a problem in my laptop vostro 1088 which is seen again once i approached dell for the same kind of problem but i was not satisfied with the response of engineer and he hasn't done work of my laptop properly....

Hope for a favourable response....otherwise i'll suffer more problems..........
