Regarding wrong product delivery (mismatch in quotation)

I bought a DELL laptop before 4 months (17-09-10). I received the product for the quotation number 24125839.My order details are mentioned below. The quotation which i gave initially is changed without my knowledge. I already informed this issue through mail to Sales Person (Mr. Himanshu soni). But, I dint get any response for those mail yet. I dint expect this from DELL. The screen resolution given in the order confirmation letter and final invoice is not as same in the quotation. I paid extra money for upgrading from [15.6 " (720p) WLED (1366x768) Display with TrueLife (TM)] to [15.6 " Full HD (1080p) WLED (1920 x 1080) Display with TrueLife].Now my quotation is changed to (720p) WLED (1366 x 768) Display. I dint get even a single response from DELL.They dint even provided any compensation for me. Kindly take this into your serious attention and make the needful as soon as possible.
