Regarding malfunctioning of laptop since the date of purchase

Dear sir,

I purchased my laptop Dell Inspiron service Tag no. DN8P5BS on13 May from gurgaon.

from that date it creates cacophonic sound at the time of audio and video play and then get hanged.

Twice i gave it to service centre but no improvement.

kindly replace it as it is under warrenty period.
